Question: Do you really have to freeze the plant material to begin the whole process?
Answer: No you do not need to freeze the plant matter; however freezing the plant matter before starting the extraction process will only help to further release the trichomes from the plant itself.
Question: What can I do if I can’t fit the bucket into the freezer or the fridge?
Answer: We suggest that you add more ice and use less water during the chilling period, in order to achieve this only use half a bucket of water and keep adding ice in and around the bags for the 20-25 minute chill process.
Question: What speed should I have my drill or mixer on?
Answer: We suggest with the larger bags you use enough speed to turn the material without mulching the plant fibre, remembering to be careful with the side wall of the bag so it does not get damaged.
